Applebee's - Port St. Lucie is actively seeking both full-time and part-time Mixologists/Bartenders to join their dynamic team. The role centers around serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly while ensuring an excellent guest experience throughout each visit. As a Mixologist/Bartender, you will be the face of the bar, responsible for blending classic and innovative drinks that enhance the dining experience. This position requires a blend of speed, skill, and hospitality to make sure each guest feels valued and cared for.

This role involves taking orders from guests or servers, crafting a variety of drinks including cocktails, wine, bottled beer, and draught beer. Responsibility is critical in this position; employees must request identification and comply with all laws and company policies regarding alcohol service. The Mixologist/Bartender also handles cash and POS transactions accurately, keeping precise records of sales and inventory, which supports the smooth operation of the bar.

Employee duties extend beyond drink-making to include inventory management where bartenders maintain stock levels by ordering necessary supplies such as liquors and condiments. Cleanliness is another priority to maintain health and safety standards, with regular cleaning and proper storage of bar equipment expected. Additionally, Mixologists/Bartenders are involved in opening and closing procedures as well as other side work duties to help maintain an efficient team and bar environment.
