We are currently seeking full-time or part-time Mixologists/Bartenders to join our team at Applebee's in Hayward, CA. This role is essential in creating memorable experiences for our guests by expertly preparing and serving a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. As a Mixologist/Bartender, you will be responsible for not only mixing and serving drinks but also ensuring that all service is conducted responsibly and in compliance with legal and company policies. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where excellent customer service and attention to detail are key.

Your role will involve receiving drink orders directly from guests or through servers, efficiently managing POS orders and payments, and maintaining accurate inventory and sales records. You will also handle ordering supplies and ensure the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, contributing to smooth daily operations. In addition to drink preparation, you will perform opening, closing, and side work duties critical to our operational success.
