  • comprehensive understanding of all food safety and sanitation protocols
  • keen focus on accuracy and minute details
  • high level of enthusiasm and stamina
  • demonstrated capacity to work effectively as part of a collective team
  • superior verbal communication skills
  • physical capability to bend at the waist and lift loads up to 50 pounds to waist height
  • ability to safely move objects weighing up to 50 pounds across distances up to 25 feet
  • capacity to remain standing and highly active throughout an 8 to 12-hour work period
  • possesses the ability to clearly hear, interpret, and respond to requests from both guests and colleagues in a noisy setting

Job Duties

  • Craft and serve a variety of beverages with precision and artistry, ensuring superior quality and presentation
  • maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including bar tools, glassware, and serving stations
  • execute preparation duties such as rolling clean silverware for dining service
  • assist in clearing used plates, utensils, and glasses from tables and the bar
  • perform timely cleaning and resetting of tables after patrons depart
  • maintain the cleanliness of the service area, manage trash removal, and complete all necessary general cleaning tasks
  • provide comprehensive support to guests throughout their entire dining and bar visit
  • effectively communicate guest concerns or issues to management and contribute to constructive problem resolution
  • maintain seamless communication and coordination with other team members to guarantee all guest needs are efficiently met
  • support the team by assisting with the delivery of food orders
  • strictly adhere to all health and safety regulations in both the kitchen and dining/bar environments
  • follow all directives provided by management during each shift
  • proactively engage with and assist guests with any requests or needs
