The position requires adherence to all alcohol service laws and company policies aimed at responsible service. Mixologists/Bartenders at Applebee's - Maple Grove also contribute to the overall restaurant operations by maintaining bar inventory, handling registers and payments accurately, and performing cleaning and organization tasks.
