Job Requirements
- Meet minimum legal age requirement for serving alcohol
- Be available to work flexible schedules including days nights and weekends
- Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Perform effectively in a lively and fast-paced environment
- Read and understand handwritten and printed orders and instructions
- Lift and carry items up to 30 pounds
- Move throughout facility and stand for extended periods
- Walk or stand for entire shift
- Frequently reach bend stoop and wipe down surfaces
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous bartending or mixology experience is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and lively environment
- Knowledge of basic drink recipes and bar operations
- Familiarity with cash handling and point of sale systems
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Commitment to responsible alcohol service and compliance with legal regulations
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Team-oriented mindset and cooperative work style
Job Duties
- Consistently provide outstanding Guest service by delivering expertly crafted drinks food and engaging entertainment
- Keep immediate supervisor informed of any issues or unusual occurrences and take prompt corrective action
- Deliver prompt and efficient beverage service while managing wait times and communicating necessary information
- Greet Guests with warmth and enthusiasm while managing various job responsibilities
- Assist Guests with drink selections answer questions and provide recommendations
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately according to recipes and quality standards
- Maintain a clean organized and well-stocked bar area ensuring supplies are available
- Handle cash and credit card transactions with accuracy and integrity
- Verify Guest identification to ensure legal age for alcohol consumption
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption responsibly intervening when necessary
- Bid farewell to departing guests ensuring satisfaction and inviting return
- Inform Manager of any dissatisfied guests or complaints
- Adhere to company policies on responsible alcohol service
- Assist with regular stocking and maintenance of bar inventory
- Clean and sanitize glassware bar tools and work surfaces regularly
- Collaborate effectively with Team Members to ensure efficient service
- Maintain positive and cooperative relationships with all company Team Members
