Effective communication skills and the ability to interpret work instructions, perform basic mathematical calculations, and apply problem-solving techniques are required. Candidates who have completed certifications such as CRC Bronze or Certified Production Technician programs, or who have basic knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) software, will find additional advantages in this role.

Working in a physically demanding industrial environment, the Mixing Operator will often operate near moving machinery, handle materials, work in varying conditions including heat and humidity, and must consistently follow strict safety protocols, including the use of safety shoes, goggles, and gloves as needed. NGK Ceramics emphasizes environmental responsibility and requires operators to follow all EMS procedures, particularly in waste disposal.
