The Color Match Technician role at KURZ plays a vital part in ensuring the precision and quality of color formulations used in silk-screen printing operations. This position requires meticulous attention to detail as the technician prepares and blends raw ingredients to match batch specifications accurately. Operating mixing equipment, the technician collaborates closely with chemists and printer operators to make confident, data-driven decisions that impact both production and research and development activities.
