The role of Mixer Machine Operator/Boxer at Hayden Valley Foods is an essential part of the production team. The operator is responsible for managing assigned machinery and ensuring production targets are successfully met while adhering to stringent company policies and food safety guidelines. Physically, this position demands stamina and strength, as employees are regularly required to stand, walk, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch throughout their shifts. The job requires lifting weights frequently up to 50 pounds, and occasionally more than 75 pounds. This physical aspect reinforces the importance of being physically fit and capable of meeting the demands of the production floor.

The company offers first shift hours from Monday to Friday, 5:45 AM to 1:45 PM, providing a consistent schedule conducive to work-life balance. Compensation for this role can be up to $19.50 per hour, depending on experience. Moreover, Hayden Valley Foods offers a comprehensive benefits package including full benefits options, free life insurance, seven paid holidays, paid vacation, and sick time. Employees also benefit from a positive work atmosphere, bi-weekly paychecks, employee discounts, bonus opportunities, and employee recognition programs. These perks not only make Hayden Valley Foods a great place to work but also support career growth and long-term employment.

Joining Hayden Valley Foods means becoming part of a company that values innovation, quality, safety, and its employees' well-being.
