Job Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Experience in food manufacturing or warehouse environments preferred
- Ability to understand the job process and follow instructions
- Familiarity with food safety standards including GMP, SSOP, HACCP, and SQF
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and over 75 pounds occasionally
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
Job Qualifications

- Experience in food manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred
- Ability to understand and follow job processes
- Knowledge of scales and tape guns
- Familiarity with GMP, SSOP, HACCP, SQF, and other food safety prerequisite programs
- Strong attention to detail and quality assurance
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Take ownership of assigned machinery and production goals
- Ensure compliance with company policies and food safety protocols
- Collaborate with production management and quality control teams to identify and eliminate risks
- Monitor product quality and ensure batches meet required standards
- Operate packaging and labeling equipment accurately to prevent contamination
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of work area according to GMP and other food safety standards
- Lift and move materials as required to support production processes
