The role being offered focuses on the critical responsibility of preparing bakery doughs in alignment with precise formulas and scheduled standards. The individual in this position will be instrumental to ensuring product consistency, safety, and quality by adhering to strict guidelines around mixing times, temperatures, and scaling processes. Attention to detail, efficiency, and compliance with company policies—including safety and legal regulations—are paramount.
The successful candidate will manage the schedule to ensure doughs are mixed and delivered to dividers timely, maintaining smooth production flow. They will also be responsible for documenting mixing times and temperature data to uphold transparency and quality control standards. Maintaining cleanliness in the work environment and practicing all necessary safety and operational protocols is required.
Those who possess at least one year of production experience and a basic knowledge of mixer operations, or who have functioned as a helper in a production environment, will find this role well-suited to their skills. Job Qualifications
- One or more years of production experience as a helper
- Six months basic knowledge of mixer procedures and mixer operator
- Demonstrated ability to read, comprehend, and record necessary job information
Job Duties
- Ensure proper preparation of doughs according to formula and scheduled standards
- Maintain consistency on all doughs by proper scaling and time and temperature control according to production standards
- Maintain schedule by mixing dough efficiently and delivering to dividers on time to maintain production flow
- Record temperature of dough mixing times and other required data
- Maintain cleanliness of work area(s)
- Comply with all company policies and procedures including safety and work rules
- Perform other duties as directed by supervision
