In this role, you will serve as a crucial member of the production team, focusing on the proper preparation of doughs according to established formulas and schedules. The Dough Mixer Helper position demands a high level of competency in all on-the-job activities that directly or indirectly impact product safety, legality, and quality. Your responsibilities ensure that the dough maintains consistency in scaling, timing, and temperature control in line with production standards. Timely dough mixing and transfer to dividers are essential to maintaining smooth production flow. This role requires meticulous record-keeping, including temperature logs and mixing times, to uphold compliance with quality standards.

Maintaining a clean and safe work area is a fundamental part of this position, along with strict adherence to all company policies and safety regulations including EEO, sexual harassment, and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. The position requires a proactive approach to work schedules, attendance, and operational rules while being flexible to perform other duties as directed by supervisors. This is a full-time, hourly role with a competitive wage of $20.73 per hour. Although no formal educational prerequisite exists, candidates must demonstrate the ability to read, comprehend, and document necessary information effectively.

Preferred candidates will have one or more years of production experience, including at least six months basic knowledge of mixer procedures and mixer operation.
