Benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, holiday pay, and a 401k retirement plan with company matching. The company also encourages a culture of continuous improvement and mutual respect, where employees are supported and recognized for their contributions. Candidates must pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical exam, background checks including driving records, and adhere to company safety and service standards.
