We are currently seeking engaged, driven individuals with an active CDL license to join our team as Mixer Operators. This role is critical in ensuring the efficient and safe production and delivery of high-quality concrete products. Mixer Operators at SRM Concrete are responsible for the safe operation and maintenance of concrete mixer trucks, precise loading and mixing of concrete according to specific job orders, and timely delivery to various construction sites while maintaining courteous and professional interactions with customers and the public. The position demands a strong commitment to safety procedures, great attention to detail, and excellent teamwork skills.

Mixer Operators will conduct pre- and post-operation checks on their vehicles, report any maintenance needs, maintain accurate records of deliveries and maintenance, and collaborate closely with dispatch to optimize scheduling and routing.
