This job opportunity is for the role of Mixer Operator, a vital position within the SRM Concrete team responsible for the efficient and safe production and delivery of concrete products. The Mixer Operator's primary duties involve operating concrete mixer trucks, ensuring that concrete ingredients are mixed accurately according to specific orders, and delivering these products timely to various construction sites. The role requires a combination of technical driving skills and precise operational oversight to maintain the quality and safety standards that SRM Concrete upholds. - Valid CDL Class A or B license
- Current DOT Medical Card
- Proven safe driving record
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 100 lbs, climb ladders and stairs, work in varying weather conditions
- No unexplained gaps in employment history
- Strong teamwork, reliability, and adaptability
- Willingness to undergo SRM's pre-employment screenings

Job Duties
- Safely operate a concrete mixer truck to transport and deliver concrete products
- Load and mix concrete ingredients by following specific job orders and company protocols
- Ensure timely delivery of concrete products to construction sites, maintaining courteous and professional interaction with customers and the public
- Conduct pre-and post-operation checks on the mixer truck to ensure its proper functioning and report any maintenance or repair needs
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure the safety of all team members and the public
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, vehicle maintenance, and other relevant documentation as required
- Work closely with the dispatch team to ensure efficient scheduling and routing of deliveries
- Assist in other duties as assigned, including general maintenance tasks and supporting other team members in the production process
