We are currently seeking engaged and driven individuals holding an active Commercial Driver's License (CDL) to join our team as Mixer Operators. This role is integral to the efficient and safe production and distribution of our concrete products. As a Mixer Operator at SRM Concrete, you will be responsible for safely operating concrete mixer trucks, precisely loading and mixing concrete according to specific job orders, and delivering the product to various construction sites with exceptional customer service. Your commitment to safety and teamwork will be critical in maintaining our high operational standards.

In this role, you will conduct thorough pre- and post-operation checks on mixer trucks to ensure mechanical soundness, coordinate with dispatch to optimize delivery schedules, and maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle maintenance. Your adaptive and reliable nature will be essential as you collaborate with fellow team members to support the production process and contribute to a seamless workflow. Furthermore, your courteous and professional interactions with customers and the public will help strengthen SRM Concrete's reputation within the industry.

Candidates should be physically capable of handling demanding tasks such as lifting up to 100 pounds, climbing ladders and stairs, and working in various weather conditions. Prior experience as a Mixer Operator or in a similar capacity is preferred but not mandatory.
