Job Description

SRM Concrete is a leading construction materials company focused on delivering high-quality concrete products to a diverse range of construction projects, including commercial and residential sites. Established with a commitment to excellence, SRM prides itself on operating with integrity, safety, and a customer-first approach. The company’s mission is to become the largest and most profitable construction materials company in the country while maintaining a best-in-class culture grounded in five core principles of service: Safety, Quality, Kindness, Cleanliness, and Go-Getter spirit. These foundational values shape the work environment and drive the company’s pursuit of growth and operational excellence.

SRM Concrete is currently seeking motivated and responsible individuals to join their team as Mixer Operators. This role is a crucial part of the company’s operations, responsible for the efficient and safe production, loading, and delivery of concrete. Mixer Operators are skilled professionals who operate concrete mixer trucks, ensuring that concrete is mixed precisely according to job specifications and safely delivered to various construction sites. The role demands attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and excellent customer service as operators engage with clients and the public.

The Mixer Operator position at SRM Concrete offers a unique opportunity to work within a rapidly growing company that values its employees and invests in their success. With a focus on developing industry experts rather than simply licensed drivers, SRM provides an environment where employees can grow their skills and take advantage of advancement opportunities. Mixer Operators enjoy the benefit of being home daily, promoting a balanced lifestyle alongside competitive hourly wages, eligibility for bonuses, and annual salary increases.

In addition to competitive pay, SRM Concrete offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, and paid time off programs. Employees also benefit from a 401(k) plan with a weekly matching contribution, family days, and paid holidays. The company fosters a team-oriented environment that encourages cooperation, reliability, and adaptability among its members.

Choosing to work as a Mixer Operator at SRM Concrete means becoming part of a safety-conscious team that prioritizes the well-being of its staff and community. The role is demanding and requires physical capability as well as a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of service quality. Operators participate in routine vehicle inspections, maintain accurate delivery and maintenance records, and support the production process through various duties as assigned.

Candidates interested in joining SRM Concrete will be subject to pre-employment screenings including drug tests, physicals, and background checks. The company is an equal opportunity employer that embraces diversity and ensures a workplace free from discrimination based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, or any other protected status. By joining SRM Concrete, employees align themselves with a company that values safety, professional growth, and a positive work culture.
