The position demands flexibility with shift hours and the willingness to work overtime when necessary to meet production deadlines. Additionally, there is potential for rotation into the role of Production Specialist, offering further skill development and career growth.

At Conagra Brands, fostering accountability, clear communication, and high standards of quality and productivity are vital components of the work culture. Mixers are expected to communicate production line issues effectively to peers, leadership, and customers, while upholding the Conagra Brands Code of Conduct. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with at least one year of machine and manufacturing experience who are seeking a dynamic, team-oriented environment in the food production industry.

Employees enjoy comprehensive benefits that support their overall well-being, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, company-paid life, accident, and disability insurance, competitive wages, 401(k) and pension eligibility, financial wellness programs, stock purchase plans, career development opportunities, employee resource groups, paid-time off, and volunteer opportunities.
