We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Restoration Specialist to fill the role of Branch Manager. This position offers a unique opportunity for motivated professionals who want to take charge and have ownership in their work. As a Branch Manager, you will have the chance to become your own boss, build equity in your branch with up to 10% ownership, and influence both the operational and business aspects of your branch. This role is designed for individuals who are ready to lead a team while directly performing labor-intensive restoration work. The position offers competitive compensation ranging from $55,000 to $75,000 annually with options for both W-2 and 1099 employment types, providing flexibility to match your employment preferences.
In this leadership role, you will be expected to respond quickly and effectively to emergency calls, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and ensure the delivery of high-quality restoration services. You will personally perform restoration services including water extraction, fire and smoke damage cleanup, mold remediation, and other emergency mitigation tasks at residential properties. The role requires not only hands-on technical skills but also strong leadership and communication capabilities. You will be responsible for maintaining professional relationships with clients, accurately scoping jobs, providing estimates, and managing safety protocols.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Previous experience in emergency mitigation or restoration services preferred
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Willingness to work extended hours and respond to emergency calls
- Ability to operate restoration equipment safely
- Positive attitude and self-motivation

- Ability to perform physically demanding demo/restoration tasks and work independently in a busy environment
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with possible extended hours
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Possess excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience in emergency mitigation or restoration services is preferred
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
Job Duties
- Self-perform labor-intensive restoration services at residential homes on a 24-hour basis
- Quickly respond to emergency calls and perform on-site assessments of water, fire, and mold damage
- Respond to and manage a high volume of customer calls and projects simultaneously
- Provide clear and accurate scoping of services, testing, and job estimates
- Deliver exceptional service with professional demeanor and clear communication throughout the restoration process
- Safely operate and maintain restoration equipment including dehumidifiers, air movers, and moisture meters
- Adhere to safety protocols including use of personal protective equipment and safe handling of hazardous materials
