Job Description

24 Hour Flood Pros is a national, non-franchised residential restoration company committed to delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions in the restoration industry. With a strong emphasis on quality and customer care, 24 Hour Flood Pros focuses on reshaping the way restoration services are provided by empowering its employees and supporting the communities they serve. Known for rapid response and skilled emergency mitigation, the company offers services that span water, fire, and mold damage restoration. Whether at residential or commercial properties, 24 Hour Flood Pros ensures that each project is approached with professionalism, high standards, and safety in mind.

The company is currently seeking an experienced Restoration Specialist to take on the pivotal role of Branch Manager. This position offers a unique opportunity for professionals who are ready to lead and build equity in their own branch while making a meaningful impact in the lives of clients affected by emergencies. With employment options available as both W-2 and 1099, the role presents a competitive salary range of $55,000 to $75,000 per year, combined with up to 10% equity ownership in the branch. Additionally, monthly profit sharing is provided, paid out consistently on the 25th of each month.

As a Branch Manager, the individual will be responsible for responding quickly to emergency calls and conducting thorough on-site assessments of properties affected by water, fire, or mold damage. The role requires performing labor-intensive restoration tasks independently, managing high volumes of customer queries and projects, and delivering clear, professional communication at every stage of the restoration process. Key responsibilities also include the safe operation and maintenance of specialized restoration equipment, adherence to strict safety protocols, and providing accurate scoping and estimates for services rendered.

24 Hour Flood Pros stands out by supporting its Branch Managers with job leads, vehicle assistance, and all necessary equipment and supplies to ensure success. The company also offers valuable benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as profit sharing and assistance with start-up costs and training. This comprehensive support reflects the company’s dedication to fostering a work environment where Branch Managers can thrive and accelerate their careers.

Ideal candidates for this role are self-starters with a strong work ethic, positive attitudes, and the physical ability to perform demanding restoration and demolition work. Leadership skills, clear communication, and problem-solving capabilities are critical, as is the willingness to work in a fast-paced and sometimes extended hours environment. Previous experience in emergency mitigation or restoration services is preferred, though not mandatory. The company values passion, dedication, and the ability to put people in need first, as emergency restoration demands responsiveness at all times of the day and night.

Joining 24 Hour Flood Pros means becoming part of a dedicated team focused on making a difference through timely, expert restoration services. For those eager to move beyond traditional roles and take charge of their professional growth with equity and profit sharing incentives, the Branch Manager position offers a rewarding career path within a thriving and mission-driven company.
