As a Branch Manager, the individual will be responsible for responding quickly to emergency calls and conducting thorough on-site assessments of properties affected by water, fire, or mold damage. The role requires performing labor-intensive restoration tasks independently, managing high volumes of customer queries and projects, and delivering clear, professional communication at every stage of the restoration process.
