Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work morning shifts full time
- Strong organizational skills
- Positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Ability to follow food safety standards
Job Qualifications
- Two years experience in pastry or culinary arts preferred
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Organized with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for pastry and culinary creativity
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
Job Duties
- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries and desserts according to recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of pastry workstations
- Monitor ingredient inventory and communicate needs to management
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely and high-quality dessert delivery
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Assist in developing new pastry recipes and menu items
- Support the Executive Pastry Chef in daily operational tasks
