Job Requirements
- Computer literate with ability to use and learn software including Microsoft Office Suite, STORM, and GTIMS applications
- previous experience in military or civilian aircraft radio communications
- prior experience handling and controlling classified material for COMSEC
- eligibility to pass government security investigation for classified information access
- ability to work in fast paced high stress environment while maintaining team and customer relationships
- previous experience in military or civilian training resource management preferred
- previous experience utilizing STORM and GTIMS training management systems
Job Qualifications
- Experience in military or civilian aircraft radio communications
- familiarity with handling and controlling classified material for COMSEC
- knowledge of training resource management preferred
- experience utilizing STORM and GTIMS training management systems
- strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- effective communication and coordination skills
- ability to work well under pressure in a team environment
- proven capability in training and mentoring junior staff
Job Duties
- Support supervisor of flying and group duty officer during wing flight operations
- assist with weekend flight operations as required
- execute flying schedule and track aircraft
- coordinate maintenance and manage aircraft and flight space de-confliction
- coordinate aircraft services including refueling with the 377th ABW
- coordinate post operations reporting, emergency actions, and rescue operations
- maintain and control classified material for COMSEC, radios, computers, and telephones
- maintain internal training program and oversee IG inspections and MICT checklist items
- update and manage wing quick reaction checklists
- train new or junior mission coord/ops specialists
- ensure data accuracy and database security
- adhere to all site policies and procedures
- perform duties directed by the ATC program manager
