Specifically located in downtown Miami, the InterContinental Miami stands as a shining star among hotels in the city. It offers premier accommodations alongside state-of-the-art convention and meeting facilities. Besides restocking, the role demands meticulous attention to detail in maintaining the cleanliness and operational functionality of the minibars, handling minor repairs and deep-cleaning as needed.
Beyond inventory management, the Minibar Attendant supports teamwork by coordinating with other departments to uphold high standards of service quality. They ensure that supplemental in-room accessories and promotional materials are correctly placed, adding to the overall guest experience. Working in guest corridors, storerooms, and utilizing service elevators effectively is part of the daily routine. The role requires physical stamina, including handling and moving inventory items that can weigh up to 50 pounds.
This role is a full-time opportunity with an hourly wage of $15.00. Through this position, employees benefit from a matching 401(k) plan, worldwide hotel discounts, and access to a variety of discount programs. The employer emphasizes inclusivity and equal opportunity, welcoming minorities, females, veterans, and disabled individuals to apply.
