Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in hospitality or service industry preferred
  • attention to detail and accuracy in handling charges
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • basic math skills for charge computation
  • understanding of guest service principles

Job Duties

  • stock and replenish in-room private or mini-bar and coffee stations
  • stock and replenish private bar items
  • compute and relay guest charges accurately to front office
  • maintain an accurate par of beverages, snacks, and non-food items on cart and in storage
  • clean and maintain in-room private and mini-bars
  • report damage or malfunctioning units
  • check quality and expiration of items and discard or replace according to procedures
