Job Duties
- stock and replenish in-room private or mini-bar and coffee stations
- stock and replenish private bar items
- compute and relay guest charges accurately to front office
- maintain an accurate par of beverages, snacks, and non-food items on cart and in storage
- clean and maintain in-room private and mini-bars
- report damage or malfunctioning units
- check quality and expiration of items and discard or replace according to procedures
