The Mini-Bar Attendant role at Andaz Scottsdale Resort & Bungalows is a key position responsible for maintaining the inventory and stocking of self-service mini bars in guest rooms. This role blends customer service with operational efficiency. Although primarily focused on the logistical task of managing mini bar items, it involves direct interaction with guests, providing a customer experience that aligns with the resort's values of empathy and respect. The position requires excellent math skills for accurate inventory tracking and guest charging, as well as strong communication skills for effective guest engagement and teamwork. The work environment for this role involves being on feet for most of the shift with some physical activity, including lifting, pushing, and pulling moderate weights. Shifts are generally between 6 to 8 hours, typically starting at 9:30 AM, and include working flexible schedules with weekends. The hourly wage is $18, with additional sales incentives available, making this role not only engaging but also financially rewarding. Job Requirements
