Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period or entire shift
  • Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance
  • Ability to reach overhead and below the knees including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
  • Ability to work onsite at The Westin Seattle
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Willingness to adhere to company safety and security policies

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • No related work experience required
  • No supervisory experience required
  • Ability to use handheld devices and software for inventory management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions

Job Duties

  • Facilitate positive guest experiences with the in-room honor bar
  • Inventory honor bar, in-room accessories, and promotional materials and replace if required
  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of each honor bar
  • Utilize software and handheld devices to record sales and take inventory
  • Maintain awareness of product availability, expiration dates, and inventory levels to prevent stock-outs
  • Prepare and push a restocking cart to floors where rooms are ready to inventory
  • Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally
