Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in Microsoft Windows Server environments
- Experience managing enterprise level Microsoft domains and VMware vSphere
- Prior work on Dell projects and possession of background check clearance
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to work onsite Monday mornings at 7:30 AM
- Proactive and detail-oriented approach
- Familiarity with Windows Server versions 2008, 2012, and 2016
- Knowledge of Office 365 administration and cloud solutions
Job Qualifications
- 3 years of relevant work experience managing a Microsoft Domain, Windows Servers, Exchange, VMware, and other mission critical enterprise level systems
- Well versed with Office 365 administration
- Experience working with Cloud technologies and SaaS solutions
- Quick learner with exceptional communications and customer service skills
- A pro-active mind-set with a focus on constant improvement and follow through at all levels
- Strong technical problem-solving skills
- In depth knowledge of Microsoft suite of products
Job Duties
- Deploy, maintain and troubleshoot Windows Servers on a vSphere environment
- Manage a Microsoft domain environment including AD, ADFS, DNS, DHCP, GPO's, Client, ADFS, LAPS and Windows 2008, 2012, 2016 servers
- Perform enterprise-wide server and desktop systems patching for OS and standard applications
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Windows 10 and Office deployment solutions
- Monitor server performance and troubleshoot problem areas as needed
- Act as a subject matter expert/Tier III support for the desktop support team
- Work with monitoring tools
- manage Active Directory and Exchange
- implement efficiencies through automation
- maintain appropriate configurations
- provide recommendations on system improvements
- assist in the transition to Office 365
