Job Requirements
- Associate degree in culinary arts, hospitality management, or related field preferred
- Equivalent certification through the American Culinary Federation acceptable
- Minimum of five years of progressively responsible food service experience
- At least three years of management experience
- At least two years as a cook or chef
- ServeSafe Manager Certification or another ANSI-approved manager certification required within six months of hire and must remain active
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, kneel, use hands to handle or feel, and communicate verbally regularly
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Specific vision abilities including close vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
- Ability to move around workspace to access surfaces, storage areas, and equipment located at various heights
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Manages daily activities of staff involved in food preparation and service
- Supports and coordinates catering functions as needed
- Identifies training needs and provides retraining when necessary
- Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements
- Plans menus using data, customer feedback, and industry trends
- Monitors food quality and presentation to maintain departmental culinary standards
- Assists the Executive Chef with food service operations
