As a chef at Nordstrom, you will embark on a comprehensive Manager in Training program designed to equip you with a thorough understanding of kitchen management. You will have the opportunity to lead a motivated kitchen crew, preparing both classic recipes and innovative weekly specials. Emphasis is placed on scratch cooking, ensuring food prepared is fresh and of the highest standard. You will also be responsible for training, motivating, and developing kitchen staff while aligning their efforts with broader business goals such as process improvements, efficiency, profitability, and compliance with company protocols.
