Job Description

We are a leading company in the vacation ownership industry, dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the satisfaction of our valued owners. Our organization prides itself on delivering high-quality experiences that create lasting memories for all our customers. We specialize in sales and management of vacation ownership products, facilitating seamless transactions and offering unparalleled support throughout the ownership journey. Our team is committed to upholding the highest standards, combining professionalism with a genuine passion for helping customers make confident purchasing decisions and enjoy their vacation investments fully.

As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a pivotal role near the conclusion of our sales process by assisting customers as they finalize their purchase of our vacation ownership product. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a service-driven environment and can effectively solidify new owners' sales by conducting thorough contract reviews. Additionally, you will coordinate follow-up efforts by Vacation Counselors or Executive Consultants to maintain strong customer relationships.

In this role, you will also assist with various administrative duties within the Quality Assurance Management department, maintaining a high level of customer service throughout the resort. Your responsibilities will extend to training new Quality Assurance Managers, managing supply inventory, reviewing legal or Club documentation updates, and participating in conference calls to enhance departmental efficiency. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, project management capabilities, and a professional demeanor. Experience using Microsoft Office is essential, along with the ability to obtain a notary license. A flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, is required to meet the dynamic needs of our customer base.
