Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • approved credit check for eligibility of 0% interest loan
  • ability to pass company pilot new hire screenings including criminal history background check
  • readiness to transition to full-time employment upon class date assignment
  • meet all current Mesa Airlines minimum First Officer pilot requirements
  • residency or willingness to relocate to Glendale, AZ

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • meet company minimum requirements for First Officer pilot positions
  • ability to pass all company pilot new hire screenings including criminal history background check
  • strong commitment to safety and professionalism
  • effective communication and teamwork skills
  • valid pilot certifications required by the FAA

Job Duties

  • Fly out of the designated MPD program location in Glendale, AZ
  • transition to employment with Mesa Airlines upon receipt of a class date
  • meet and maintain all company minimum requirements for First Officer pilots
  • successfully complete all standard company pilot new hire screenings including criminal background checks
  • adhere to company policies and procedures throughout training and employment
  • maintain flight proficiency and safety standards
  • repay interest-free loan through payroll deductions after onboarding
