Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- approved credit check for eligibility of 0% interest loan
- ability to pass company pilot new hire screenings including criminal history background check
- readiness to transition to full-time employment upon class date assignment
- meet all current Mesa Airlines minimum First Officer pilot requirements
- residency or willingness to relocate to Glendale, AZ
Job Qualifications

- meet company minimum requirements for First Officer pilot positions
- ability to pass all company pilot new hire screenings including criminal history background check
- strong commitment to safety and professionalism
- effective communication and teamwork skills
- valid pilot certifications required by the FAA
Job Duties
- Fly out of the designated MPD program location in Glendale, AZ
- transition to employment with Mesa Airlines upon receipt of a class date
- meet and maintain all company minimum requirements for First Officer pilots
- successfully complete all standard company pilot new hire screenings including criminal background checks
- adhere to company policies and procedures throughout training and employment
- maintain flight proficiency and safety standards
- repay interest-free loan through payroll deductions after onboarding
