Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Ability to travel between stores using personal vehicle
- Ability to push and pull merchandise up to 2000 pounds with equipment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, stoop, and climb ladders frequently
- Ability to operate store equipment such as computer and cash register
- Ability to read, write, and count for documentation
- Ability to handle and be in contact with birds or poultry
- Physical and mental stamina to move safely and quickly throughout store and outdoor areas
- Ability to complete all required training
- Forklift and baler operation for those 18 and older
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Qualifications
- Prior retail and/or merchandising experience
- Ability to read, write, and count accurately
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Strong interpersonal skills for ethical conflict resolution
- Self-directed and able to complete assignments independently
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance
- Work scheduled shifts with flexibility to vary hours including days, nights, and overtime
- Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor on task status and challenges
- Complete planograms and store resets accurately and promptly
- Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store-specific measurements
- Complete store layout projects and perform accurate cycle counts
- Hang store signage and assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs
- Deliver Legendary Customer Service through greeting, uncovering needs, recommending products, and adding value
- Provide peak coverage during busy periods
- Perform other duties as assigned
