Job Requirements
- Basic understanding of retail and/or merchandising operations
- Ability to read and understand retail terms and procedures
- Working knowledge of company’s software applications
- Reliable transportation within 15-mile radius of home
- Ability to transport supplies
- Internet access with printing capabilities
- Regular access to a smart device with iOS or Android and data plan
- Ability to download apps and take/upload photos
- Email address and phone with voicemail
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to plan and organize projects to meet deadlines
- Ability to self-manage workflow
- Ability to use simple tools
- Ability to follow directions
- Flexibility and openness to change
Job Qualifications
- Basic understanding of retail and merchandising operations
- Ability to read and understand retail terms and procedures
- Familiarity with company software applications
- Effective communication skills in-person, by phone, and email
- Ability to create and organize work plans to meet deadlines
- Ability to self-manage workflow
- Ability to use simple tools like a screwdriver, box cutter, and hammer
- Ability to read and follow step-by-step directions

Job Duties
- Timely and accurately complete all assigned retail merchandising projects
- Stock and organize products on the sales floor
- Audit product placement to ensure correctness
- Place product stickers and signage
- Collect and upload data and photos through RMS Mobile App
- Set up displays and maintain planograms
- Report completed tasks through RMS Web Portal and Mobile App
