Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
ability to stock merchandise according to planograms
strong communication skills to greet and assist customers
ability to perform physical tasks related to stocking and cleaning
attention to detail for pricing and display accuracy
ability to work collaboratively with management and team members
willingness to act as a shoplifting deterrent and maintain security
bilingual skills highly preferred
ability to follow company policies for clocking in and out
capability to coordinate with installer service system and delivery teams
maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
good aptitude for dealing with number sequences
good organizational skills
previous stocking experience preferred
ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle desired
fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish, is highly desired

Job Duties

Greet customers on the sales floor and assist them in locating merchandise or direct them to parts specialists
check in, price, and stock merchandise
keep merchandise fronted, full, and clean daily
make display changes according to company guidelines and planograms
make out-front price changes
ensure all sale signs and flyers are in place during sales
remove sale materials and restore pricing after sales
assist with stock adjustments, cycle counts, and overstock returns
work with manager to complete store tasks and weekly assignments
act as shoplifting deterrent and front floor security
assist with O'Reilly Image Maker responsibilities
clock in and out according to company policy
pull and stage installer deliveries
communicate between ISS, delivery specialists, and store manager
assist with delivery route planning
coordinate quarterly vehicle inspections and maintenance
maintain back room and installer counter areas
pull parts quickly and accurately for hub store orders
inspect boxes for damage and ensure parts are in good condition
keep a clean and safe work area
operate safely and monitor for unsafe practices
