This position offers an opportunity to join the O'Reilly Auto Parts team as a Merchandiser and Cashier, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience on the sales floor. As a Merchandiser, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the sales floor is stocked, organized, and visually appealing by arranging merchandise according to planograms and company guidelines. You will greet and assist customers in locating items or direct them to specialized parts experts when necessary. Additionally, you will oversee the maintenance of promotional displays, price changes, and sales materials. A significant part of the role involves acting as a theft deterrent through vigilance and attentiveness to the sales environment.

The Cashier duties involve processing customer purchases smoothly and courteously, handling returns efficiently, and assisting in busy times by managing transactions at the checkout lanes.
