The position available is a combined role of Merchandiser and Cashier, offering hourly compensation ranging from $16.90 to $24.90 depending on location and experience. This role is essential to maintaining the store’s organized and customer-friendly environment by ensuring that merchandise is properly stocked, displayed, and priced while providing exceptional customer service at checkout. Additional compensation may include performance bonuses and premiums based on schedules, stores, or specific job tasks. As a Merchandiser, you will greet customers on the sales floor, helping them locate products or guiding them to a parts specialist for more complex needs. Duties include checking in and pricing stock, maintaining front areas fully stocked and organized according to company planograms, and setting up sale displays. You will also be responsible for updating price changes, managing sale materials, assisting with stock takes and returns, and helping to maintain store security by deterring shoplifting. The role requires regular collaboration with store managers to complete daily tasks and weekly team goals.

In the Cashier capacity, the role involves providing quick and friendly checkout service, processing returns efficiently, and supporting busy counter operations. You must handle various payment methods responsibly and maintain a positive demeanor throughout customer interactions.
