The full-time Merchandiser role located in Greater Topeka, KS, offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, physically active, and customer-oriented environment. This role requires individuals to stock and display a selection of Keurig Dr Pepper’s popular beverage products, including 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai, and other favorites, across retail stores within an assigned territory. The position demands diligence and a detail-oriented approach as well as the capability to work independently while also engaging effectively with retail personnel and colleagues.

Merchandisers will utilize their personal vehicle to travel between scheduled stores, though they are not responsible for transporting inventory since products are pre-delivered. Use of company-issued technology facilitates timekeeping and mileage tracking for reimbursement, ensuring smooth operational processes. Scheduled shifts begin early in the morning at 5:30 AM and continue until duties are completed, with five shifts per week including weekend work. Flexibility to work overtime as needed is a key aspect of this role.

Candidates are expected to demonstrate strength and physical stamina as the role involves frequent lifting up to 50 pounds and pushing/pulling loads up to 100 pounds. A valid driver’s license, proof of vehicle insurance, and access to a reliable personal vehicle are mandatory due to the travel requirements within the territory. Compensation starts at $19.31 per hour and increases to $20.37 per hour following six months of employment, reflecting the company’s recognition of dedication and performance.
