- ability to work independently
- goal and results oriented
- professional written and oral communication skills
- have reliable transportation with valid insurance
- good driving record
- ability to lift up to 50 pound cases sometimes repeatedly
- must live in the vicinity of Fort Wayne, IN for best servicing accounts
