Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age

Ability to work outdoors in warm temperatures

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in retail merchandising or horticulture preferred
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Strong attention to detail and creativity in plant arrangement
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Physical ability to perform lifting and moving duties
Basic knowledge of plant care and maintenance

Job Duties

Organize and maintain displays of live plants within retail garden centers
Develop visually appealing plant arrangements to enhance the shopping experience for customers
Engage in the physical handling of plants, which includes lifting and moving items as necessary
Complete tasks effectively in outdoor settings, accommodating warm temperatures
Interact with customers and colleagues to provide friendly and supportive service
Ensure plants are healthy and well-maintained throughout the merchandising process
Adhere to safety guidelines while working with live plants and equipment
