Job Requirements
- Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification and Alcohol Server Certification required
- ability to work on your feet in humid kitchen environment for eight hours or more
- must be able to lift/push/reach for/carry 15+ pounds frequently
- comfort with learning a point of sale systems
- excellent verbal communication and ability to multitask
- 6 months to 1 year or equivalent combination of education and experience
- high volume and/or fine dining experience preferred
- high school diploma or equivalent experience/training

Job Duties
- Work under direction of outlets manager or supervisor
- comfort with making an assortment of coffee and specialty beverages with latte art and flair
- must be able to showcase coffee making abilities upon interview
- communicate daily with restaurant leadership regarding job assignments and required timeframe
- maintain high level of positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests
- comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards at all times
- answer menu questions and offer recommendations to guests to create a memorable dining experience
- comfortable with preparing different coffee beverages (barista experience a plus but not required)
- check identification to ensure minimum age requirements are met for consumption of alcoholic beverages
- articulate the story, inspiration, and culinary mindset of the space to our guests
- handle all checks and cash according to procedures
- accurately prepare tip reporting paperwork on time
- other duties as assigned consistent with the functions of this position as needed at the property
