Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 3 years of experience in kitchen management
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong organizational skills
- excellent communication abilities
- knowledge of food safety regulations
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in kitchen management
- strong leadership and communication skills
- knowledge of ramen or Japanese cuisine preferred
- ability to maintain high standards of food quality and safety
- experience in inventory and cost control
- culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
