We are currently seeking a dedicated Bartender/Server to join our Men’s Grille team. The Men’s Grille is a distinguished member-only lounge where lunch and dinner service are offered alongside a full-service bar, making it one of the Club’s most bustling and cherished venues. In this dual capacity, the chosen candidate will be integral in delivering top-tier table service combined with expert bar craft to our discerning private club membership. This role demands genuine warmth, polished communication abilities, and an unwavering commitment to outstanding hospitality. Flexibility is crucial, as the position requires availability for late-night shifts and select Club holidays. Throughout the year, Cherry Hills hosts a rich calendar of signature events, member gatherings, and seasonal celebrations, with the Men’s Grille team playing a central role in ensuring these occasions are memorable. The position is part-time, offering $20 per hour plus a share in the service charge pool. Additional benefits include sick pay accrual up to 48 hours a year. Our ideal candidate will have prior experience in bartending or table service within upscale restaurants, private clubs, or hotel environments, possess extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine, and demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills.
