Job Duties

  • Prepares food items and serves food to residents within scheduled timeframe
  • follows menu cycle noting changes or substitutions on proper form
  • cleans and maintains a neat safe working environment including kitchen and food service areas
  • complies with state sanitation codes
  • maintains inventory control places food order verifies items received appropriately and restocks kitchen shelves
  • directs food serve and dining service functions
  • maintains quality of food prepared and samples food to ensure quality served to residents
