Job Description

Arrow Senior Living is a reputable and heartfelt provider of senior living services, managing 34 communities across six states including Missouri, Kansas, Iowa, Illinois, Ohio, and Arkansas. The company offers a wide range of care levels, including independent living, assisted living, and specialized memory care, catering to the diverse needs of its residents. With a workforce of nearly 2,200 dedicated employees, Arrow Senior Living is committed to fostering a supportive, respectful, and inclusive environment for both residents and team members alike. The organization upholds strong values focused on empathy and quality of life, promoting a home-like atmosphere where residents feel cared for and employees feel valued and inspired to grow within their careers.

The role of Memory Care Support Partner at Arrow Senior Living, specifically at The Boulevard Senior Living in St. Charles, Missouri, offers an enriching and meaningful opportunity to engage with seniors facing memory challenges. This full-time position comes with a competitive starting pay range of $19.00 to $21.00 per hour, based on experience and skills. The shift schedule for this position is Sunday through Thursday, 11 p.m. to 7 a.m., suited for those who thrive in a nighttime caregiving environment.

As a Memory Care Support Partner, you will be more than a caregiver—you will be an advocate of empathy, a patient observer, the master of the environment, and a life partner to the residents. The job entails creating genuine connections during vulnerable moments, discovering each resident’s unique interests and abilities, and collaborating with the care team to design and implement individualized engagement plans. You will be responsible for setting the scene throughout the resident’s daily routine, from morning to night, ensuring their comfort, safety, and emotional well-being.

Documentation and communication are vital components of this role, as you will accurately record resident care details and any changes in condition. Additionally, you may assist in orienting new team members in the memory care neighborhoods to maintain high standards of compassionate care. This role demands physical stamina, requiring frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds, along with the ability to safely assist residents with mobility needs.

Arrow Senior Living values personal and professional growth, promoting from within and offering a variety of benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) company match, life and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, and paid time off. The respectful, respectful work culture encourages camaraderie and lifelong friendships among colleagues, all focused on enriching the lives of senior residents. This position is ideal for someone with an energetic attitude, who truly loves working with seniors and is looking to make a significant impact in the community while advancing their career in senior care.
