The role of Club Concierge Agent at Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is designed for individuals who have a passion for excellence and a genuine enthusiasm for delivering exceptional guest service. The Club Concierge Agent serves as the foremost point of contact for Members and residential guests, welcoming them warmly and helping them navigate all that the resort has to offer. This position requires an in-depth knowledge of the property, nearby attractions, and the various amenities available. The ideal candidate anticipates the needs of guests and residents, going above and beyond to ensure their experience is flawless.

In this position, the Club Concierge Agent will handle all guest interactions with a high degree of professionalism and hospitality. Responsibilities include managing special requests, resolving complaints promptly, and providing accurate and timely information about resort services and events. The role also involves registering guests and providing orientation to the property, processing communications such as packages and mail, and maintaining updated knowledge of local activities and vendors. Using various software tools for registration and scheduling, the Club Concierge Agent ensures smooth operations and seamless guest experiences.

This position requires a person who is detail-oriented, capable of solving problems efficiently, and comfortable using computer systems. Previous customer service experience in luxury environments is preferred, and excellent English communication skills are essential, with additional languages considered an asset. Availability to work weekends and holidays is necessary given the resort’s hospitality nature. This full-time role offers an hourly rate of $29.00 and includes a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employees’ well-being and growth.
