Job Qualifications

  • experience with point of sale and registration processes

Job Duties

  • Greet members and guests, check ID cards, assist with event set-ups
  • respond promptly to communications and follow through on commitments
  • provide outstanding service professionally and courteously, listen openly to ideas
  • respond calmly and tactfully to problem situations and discuss concerns constructively
  • answer questions about lifestyles programs and recommend events, shows, and functions
  • write routine reports and correspondence
  • speak effectively before groups
  • demonstrate exceptional customer service to departments, members, guests, and vendors
  • maintain a safe and friendly environment
  • work as a team to create and promote fun programs and events
  • assist in event room set-up and break-down
  • perform light housekeeping duties
  • inspect grounds and notify management of issues
  • understand emergency preparedness and respond appropriately
  • replenish desk forms
  • prepare monthly reports and vendor check requests
  • increase program attendance by tracking member and guest participation
  • manage staff and contractor schedules
  • maintain accurate records and perform administrative tasks
  • assist in preparing articles and event calendars
  • contact members about new lifestyle programs
