Job Description

The Membership Services Concierge plays a crucial role in upholding the community’s promise of quality and engagement. This full-time position, compensated at an hourly wage between $23.00 and $26.00, is responsible for managing daily interactions with residents and guests, ensuring their satisfaction, and facilitating a smooth, welcoming atmosphere at the club and amenity centers. The concierge acts as a key point of contact for members, greeting them warmly upon arrival and assisting with the orientation of new members. They provide guidance on lifestyle options and plans, administer social and recreational event programming, and collaborate extensively with the Resort Director to develop, promote, and execute a broad spectrum of member activities.

This role demands a high level of organizational skills and interpersonal effectiveness, as the concierge oversees event coordination—including fitness classes, health and wellness seminars, spa services, and sport court activities such as tennis and pickleball. By fostering strong community relations and coordinating with independent contractors and various departments, the Membership Services Concierge ensures the seamless delivery of services aligned with the community’s goals. This role also requires the careful maintenance of relevant administrative records, attendance tracking, reporting, and direct communication with members regarding program updates and new offerings.

The position includes physically engaging tasks that require the ability to stand for extended periods, perform light housekeeping duties, and participate actively in scheduled programs, occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds. Flexibility in work hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, is essential to meet community needs. With a working environment that spans indoors at the Sales Gallery and Resort Amenity Center and outdoors around the amenities, the role demands a safety-conscious mindset and readiness to respond competently in emergency situations. Ideal candidates will possess strong computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and basic public speaking skills, which complement the position’s focus on customer service excellence and community engagement.

Job Duties

  • Greet members and guests, check ID cards, assist with event set-ups
