The museum component features a diverse collection of American art, with particular emphasis on the Brandywine School of illustration. As a key institution in the community, Brandywine offers a dynamic environment where art and nature intersect, attracting visitors, members, donors, and supporters who share a passion for cultural enrichment and environmental stewardship.

Additionally, the Membership Manager supports donor engagement through the qualification and solicitation of leadership-level donors, tracking interactions, and assisting with broader development initiatives.

Integral to the role is the administration and promotion of member events and benefits, ensuring members are informed and involved through targeted communications such as newsletters, renewal notices, and special marketing materials consistent with the organization's brand standards. The Membership Manager also oversees the Community Pass Program, collaborating with partner organizations to optimize benefits and participation.

This position is ideal for a candidate with 2 to 5 years of membership management or customer service experience within a cultural or environmental organization, who thrives in a fast-paced setting and demonstrates strong relationship-building skills. The role demands proficiency with CRM databases, a deep understanding of philanthropic giving, and a commitment to ethical handling of donor data. The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, alongside the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Joining Brandywine means contributing to a respected and culturally rich institution that values diversity, inclusivity, and professional growth.
