This role involves delivering the highest quality customer service by greeting everyone who enters the facility and assisting them with their needs in a friendly, professional manner. The Membership Concierge I will play a vital role in building loyalty and engagement by creating extraordinary experiences and fostering strong, value-based relationships with members. This position offers an hourly wage starting at $15.00 up to $18.00 based on experience and qualifications, and provides a dynamic and fun working environment that encourages personal and professional growth.\n\nThe Membership Concierge I engages with members by answering incoming calls, assisting with transactions and account updates, and educating guests on club programming, events, pricing, and policies. This position cultivates a hospitality mindset that reflects positively on the club while motivating members to achieve their health and wellness goals. Candidates must be committed to delivering outstanding customer service, have excellent communication skills, and maintain multi-tasking capabilities in a fast-paced setting. Hours require a minimum of 15 hours per week with the ability to stand for extended periods, and candidates will be required to complete Concierge Certification upon hire.
