The Membership Concierge I position at Life Time is an essential customer-facing role designed to deliver the highest quality service to members and guests as the first point of contact. The Membership Concierge I assists members with inquiries, facilitates transactions, manages account changes, and ensures that all visitors to Life Time clubs are fully informed about club programming, events, pricing, and policies. Job Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience
- complete Concierge Certification upon hire
- must work a minimum of 15 hours per week
- commitment to serve others
- effective communication skills
- passion for living a healthy way of life
- ability to multi-task and deliver high quality customer service in a fast-paced environment
- must have good verbal communication
- must be able to stand for 4 hours at a time
- HS graduate or equivalent preferred
