Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 3 years managerial experience
  • minimum of 3 years customer service experience
  • minimum of 3 years sales experience
  • proven track record of meeting or exceeding budget goals
  • CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • ability to manage business processes and track expenses and revenues
  • strong team building and leadership abilities
  • commitment to customer service and service recovery
  • capability to plan and execute business strategies

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of managerial experience
  • 3+ years of customer service experience
  • 3+ years of sales experience
  • 3+ years of achieving budget goals
  • CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire
  • bachelor’s or associate’s degree preferred
  • hospitality management or similar degree/certification preferred
  • fitness-related experience such as personal trainer or group fitness certification preferred
  • superior time management skills
  • ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
  • adaptability to change and innovation
  • experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Office Suite preferred

Job Duties

  • Participate regularly in Life Time classes, activities, events and programming
  • embody the Life Time brand commitment to a healthy lifestyle personally and professionally
  • lead in the membership zone by exemplifying service excellence and member connectivity
  • encourage team members to exceed their own expectations and aim for higher performance
  • onboard and certify new team members to ensure top-quality service delivery
  • provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to enhance member engagement
  • meticulously manage schedules and zone rotations for optimal team performance
  • execute business protocols including new member acquisition, member retention, and connectivity
  • collaborate closely with Club General Manager and other departments to ensure seamless operations
