The Membership Concierge Leader position at Life Time is a pivotal role in delivering a best-in-class experience for all members and guests by leading the Membership Concierge Team. This role is designed for an individual who is passionate about exemplary service and community engagement, acting as the primary point of connection between members and the broad array of programs and services offered. The leader will cultivate a culture of excellence, driving team performance toward service execution and member retention aligned with the company’s premium brand standards. Serving as the right hand to the Club General Manager, the Membership Concierge Leader ensures seamless operations through collaboration across all in-center departments, fostering partnerships and encouraging active member engagement. This role demands a candidate with excellent leadership skills, communication expertise, and a strong dedication to enhancing the member experience while supporting the overall success of the club. The position requires a growth mindset, a desire for professional development, and the ambition to progress into a General Manager role. Responsibilities include endorsing Life Time’s healthy lifestyle brand, managing schedules and zone rotations for optimal team performance, onboarding and certifying team members, providing coaching and feedback to encourage engagement, and driving new member acquisition and retention efforts. This salaried role starts at $64,000 and can pay up to $88,000, depending on experience, and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses. Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of managerial experience
  • 3+ years of customer service experience
  • 3+ years of sales experience
  • 3+ years of achieving budget goals
  • CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Office Suite preferred
