The Membership Concierge II role is an essential position within Life Time’s hospitality team, focusing on delivering exceptional service to members and guests as the first point of contact within the resort. This role blends account maintenance, service delivery, and comprehensive member engagement to enhance the overall experience and satisfaction of club members. As a Membership Concierge II, your responsibilities will include managing inbound and outbound communications, educating members on club offerings, facilitating membership transactions, and supporting membership sales and retention efforts. You will be a key player in building long-lasting relationships with members and guests by consistently embodying a hospitality-focused mindset and providing solutions to any service issues that arise. Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales
- skilled at multi-tasking

- complete retention specialist certification within 60 days of hire

Job Duties
- Operates as first point of contact for members and guests entering resort
- exemplifies a hospitality mindset to build relationships with members and guests, regularly creating extraordinary experiences
- receives inbound phone calls and conducts outbound outreach with members and guests to support engagement and acquisition
- maintains updated knowledge to appropriately educate all members and guests of club programming, events, pricing, and policies
- assists members with account maintenance, processing member needs, changes and transactions including program, service, and product payments
- serves as a key point of contact for new membership sales and member retention interactions
- engages in problem solving and service recovery for member questions and concerns, utilizing appropriate tools and resources
