The role of a Membership Concierge II at Life Time is pivotal in delivering exceptional service and maintaining strong relationships with members and guests. This position serves as the first point of contact for members and visitors entering the resort, ensuring a warm welcome and professional account management. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and up-to-date information about club programming, events, pricing, and policies, contributing to an outstanding customer experience from the moment of entry onwards. The Membership Concierge II engages directly through inbound and outbound communications, aiding in member engagement, acquisition, and retention efforts. In addition to routine account maintenance and transaction processing, this role requires adept problem-solving abilities to address and resolve member concerns efficiently, promoting member satisfaction and loyalty.

Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales
- Skilled at multi-tasking
- Delivering high quality customer service
- Service recovery
- Verbal communication
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to stand for 4 hours at a time
- Demonstrate a friendly and outgoing demeanor
Job Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales
- Effective communication skills
- Passion to serve others
- Completion of Retention Specialist Certification within 60 days of hire preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality preferred
- Skilled at multi-tasking and delivering high quality customer service
Job Duties
- Operates as first point of contact for members and guests entering resort
- Exemplifies a hospitality mindset to build relationships with members and guests, regularly creating extraordinary experiences
- Receives inbound phone calls and conducts outbound outreach with members and guests to support engagement and acquisition
- Maintains updated knowledge to appropriately educate all members and guests of club programming, events, pricing, and policies
- Assists members with account maintenance, processing member needs, changes and transactions including program, service, and product payments
- Serves as a key point of contact for new membership sales and member retention interactions
- Engages in problem solving and service recovery for member questions and concerns, utilizing appropriate tools and resources
